CEO and Co-Founder of Liefergrün. He studied chemical engineering & economics dually at Henkel. After almost six years at Henkel, during which he implemented projects ranging from network optimization to sustainability and logistics in the Global Supply Chain, Niklas said goodbye to the major corporation in 2020 to pursue his path as an entrepreneur. Together with Nils Fischer he built the logistics-tech startup Liefergrün. Liefergrün's goal is to finally tailor parcel shipping to end consumers and to accelerate the world's transition to zero emission deliveries.
As a passionate impact entrepreneur, he shows that founders under 30 are not too young to change the world, being included in the Forbes 30 under 30 list in 2022. He believes that companies today must address the biggest challenge of our time by combining climate action and scalability through technology.
Nils Fischer is COO and co-founder of Liefergrün. He studied economics with a focus on air traffic management, air freight and parcel logistics. He worked for Lufthansa Cargo Group for a total of 8 years, where he established a European sameday transport network for Special Speed Logistics in various functions. Nils has always worked in sales and operations positions as he has an absolute passion for lobbying and operational processes. After working as Director Operations, he started his own company Liefery, specializing in same and next day parcel delivery for large on and offline retailers. After selling Liefery to Hermes Germany / Otto Group in 2021, he helped Niklas build Liefergrün as an active investor, advisor and board member and joined the company as Managing Director in 2022.
