• Nowadays, you can determine exactly when your pizza or groceries will be delivered, but when it comes to the parcel delivery of your favourite shop, you have no way at all to determine when the parcel should arrive.
• We want to change the status quo of parcel deliveries. We strongly believe that technology is driving change and that end consumers should be able to decide when and how.

The central task of your job is the holistic support of the Head of Sourcing. This includes the following independent areas of responsibility:

• In your role, you will be responsible for the strategic sourcing of logistics partners and be involved in the further development of our service provider management
• You identify potential logistics partners, manage the supplier selection process and take over the onboarding and management of suppliers
• The development, coordination and implementation of holistic last mile strategies for the development of new cities are a core part of your area of responsibility
• You have a focus on the constant identification of optimization and cost reduction potentials
• Your tasks also include the preparation and execution of contract and price negotiations
• You are responsible for the preparation, execution and evaluation of tenders in accordance with the process specifications.
• You monitor budgets and KPIs, perform business price and cost analyses and derive necessary measures
• You develop sourcing strategies and plan purchasing activities together with the specialist departments

• You have several years of experience in the field of (last mile) logistics and purchasing of logistics services, ideally supported by a successfully completed degree in business administration or comparable qualifications.
• You are characterized by a high degree of commitment and a high team orientation
• Detail orientation and an analytical way of working are among your strengths
• You have strong negotiation skills, can argue your position and assert yourself, but at the same time do not lose sight of the perspective of your counterpart.
• Ideally, you already have a network of potential logistics partners and know how to use it for the benefit of delivery greenery.
• You speak fluent German and business fluent English
