C: How would you describe your responsibilities at Delivery Green?

S:"I work for Liefergrün as Head of Sales. Together with my team, we are in daily contact with people all over the world, to whom we introduce the story and the vision of Liefergrün - with the goal of inspiring many companies for Liefergrün."

C: What is your superpower?

S:"I think that in Sales in particular, dealing with people is central. This is also where I see my strength, because I try to treat everyone with respect and empathy."

C: What are the most important characteristics of a team?

S:"I think that trust and reliability are always a very important basis for a successful team. It gives the team more security overall in the day-to-day collaboration."

C: What's your biggest sense of accomplishment so far with delivery green?

S: "I am very happy about every new customer we take on board. Personally, I am very happy and proud of the new position as Head of Sales. This new responsibility gives me the opportunity to play an active and decisive role in shaping the future of the Sales division. This gives me great pleasure every day."

C: Why did you choose a startup and not a corporation/consultancy?

S:"I was previously employed in a corporate group for 10 years and can therefore already see many advantages for myself after the first 7 months. The flat hierarchical structures give me the opportunity to coordinate decisions more quickly and thus to advance tasks and projects more quickly. The communication at eye level always gives me a very good feeling as an employee. In addition, I have noticed that all employees are growing in their respective responsibilities within the company and are constantly improving. Overall, there is a very strong sense of cohesion and trust among the employees. All employees enjoy their work and take pleasure in it. Coupled with a high level of self-motivation, this is then always reflected in the results."

C: What do you do when you're not working on a startup?

S: "In my free time, I've been playing soccer for my hometown club since I was a kid, which is always the perfect balance to my professional life. I also love traveling and discovering new countries - this is where I always find great inspiration for professional topics. Of course, I'm also always up for good food."

C: How would you describe a typical day at the office?

S: "The best thing is that there is no typical day. Apart from 1-2 fixed blockers with my team, every day in Sales is very individually designed. But a good day usually starts with a good coffee and checking emails and news from the logistics and e-commerce world."

C: Why delivery green?

S: "Liefergrün lives from the people behind the company and the vision. We have an ensemble of intelligent, creative and versatile people here. It is an absolute enrichment for me to work on our goals in daily exchange with my colleagues and to be part of the story. Here, people think outside the box to take parcel logistics to a new level."
