C: What did you do before delivery green?
M: "Before that, I completed an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk in the logistics industry, then studied business administration in Münster and also originally started as a working student at Liefergrün ."
C: Describe your duties at Delivery Green in one sentence:
M: "I work as an Account Executive in Sales - so I'm responsible for getting new partners for whom we can make their parcel shipping sustainable and emission-free ."
C: What is your superpower?
M:""Jerk of all trades - master of none" - Probably describes my superpower best. I love being involved in many issues and being able to live out my hands-on mentality."
C: What are, in your eyes, the most important qualities of a team?
M: "In my opinion, the most important thing about a functioning team is communication and mutual understanding. That's the only way to achieve your goals together. Together Everyone Achieves More."
C: What's your biggest sense of accomplishment so far with delivery green?
M: "I think that my greatest sense of achievement was being able to be part of it from the beginning and also being involved in seeing Liefergrün grow. I also worked in business development before joining Sales and also assisted with funding rounds - which gave me some opportunities to gain further insight into different areas - which I'm very happy about."
C: Why startup and not corporation/consultancy?
M: "It hasalways been interesting for me to be involved in a company from the very beginning.After my experiences in medium-sized companies and in the Group, I can say that I like this environment the most. Above all, theflexibility and making quick decisions have convinced me so far."
C: What does a typical day at the office look like for you?
M: "A typical day at the office definitely starts with greeting my colleagues and a coffee (extra strong, please). Then I use the morning concentration phase for important to-dos. In between there are daily meetings, appointments with customers and some other coordination."
C: Why delivery green?
M: "I became aware of Liefergrün in Münster fairly early on through a recommendation from an acquaintance. I always wanted to create an impact for sustainability so that I could also represent my personal interests. The feeling of making a difference and "turning around" what I believe is a somewhat rusty industry spurs me on. I also love collaborating and spending time with my work colleagues through fun team events and good evenings."
